How we do it

  • Brief and Discovery

    Our first step involves a deep dive into understanding your brand, objectives, and the unique qualities you wish to showcase. Here, we work closely with you to develop a comprehensive brief that covers goals, attendee journey, branding, layout, possible activations, in-booth presentations, and integrations. This stage sets the foundation for a tradeshow experience tailored to captivate your target audience and reflect your company's vision.

  • Design & Production

    Armed with insights from our discovery phase, our expert designers and craftsmen spring into action, bringing your vision to life. We create mood boards, renderings, and detailed layouts, along with technical drawings, elevations, print templates, and plans for lighting and power. Utilizing cutting-edge technology and innovative design practices, we ensure every aspect of the booth is meticulously crafted and aligned with your brand identity. The result is not only visually stunning but also strategically designed to enhance visitor engagement.


  • Show Services & Installation

    Once everything is approved and we are appointed as your agent, we manage all the logistics. This includes booking show services like power and internet, scheduling deliveries, and arranging for rigging and labor. On the day of the event, we oversee the load-in, rigging, power setup, floor covering installation, booth installation, and the placement of print and branding materials. We adjust lighting, connect demo stations where applicable, and coordinate AV services to ensure a smooth and professional setup.


  • Opening Day and Support

    On opening day, we continue to offer our support throughout the show, providing AV support and coordinating booth cleaning and refresh for multi-day events. As the event concludes, we manage the packing and removal of all hardware, coordinate shipping or storage, and handle the final billing from the show. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that every aspect of your tradeshow experience is handled flawlessly, allowing you to focus on connecting with attendees and showcasing your brand.
