How we do it

  • Initial Consultation

    Initial Consultation: This phase involves discussions with the organizing organization or committee to clearly define the type of event, whether it’s a nonprofit gala, a festive celebration, or a welcoming reception. This is the moment to set out the goals, desired messaging, and the social impact you aim to achieve.



    Event Design Strategy: Develop a comprehensive plan that considers the venue, date, guest list, and overall experience. This stage is crucial for aligning the event's purpose with the expectations and values of your guests and the hosting organization.


  • Design & Production

    Space Planning and Aesthetic Design: Craft a layout that optimizes the use of space and enhances the attendee journey. Design the theme, choose textures and colors, and plan the overall aesthetic to create an inviting and cohesive environment.



    Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with supporting vendors such as AV technicians, lighting specialists, and food & beverage providers. Ensure their contributions are seamlessly integrated into the event’s theme and design, enhancing the overall experience without overshadowing the event's purpose.


  • Setup and Coordination

    Logistics Management: Arrange all necessary details for the venue setup including furniture rental, audio-visual equipment, and decor. Ensure that every element is placed according to the planned design and layout.



    Day-of Coordination: Oversee the execution of the event setup, managing everything from the entrance arrangements to the main event spaces. Ensure all areas are prepared and ready for guests, with all services functioning seamlessly.


  • Execution and Follow-up

    Event Day Management: Provide comprehensive support during the event to handle any logistical challenges and ensure the event runs smoothly. This includes close coordination with vendors, managing the event timeline, and making any necessary adjustments to maximize guest enjoyment.



    Post-Event Activities: After the event concludes, manage the breakdown and clean-up of the venue, settle payments with vendors, and send out thank you notes. Collect feedback from guests to evaluate the event's impact and gather insights for future planning.
