Job Summary

The Creative Account Manager is a full-time position within the Sales division of Blueprint Studios and is responsible for the creation of pricing proposals, style guides and contract documents that allow new engagements with the company to be effectively produced. You will also have responsibility for the production elements of all projects sold including the management of all product and service procurement whether resources are internal or external. You will be responsible for assuring a positive on-going client relationship maintained in a professional manner. This is a key role within the company and requires the utmost professionalism at all times while representing the company.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five (5) years of outside sales experience within one of the fields of event planning and production, catering services, hotel sales/catering services, trade show exhibit design and production services or similar agency services and production.
  • A proven track record of reaching sales targets within a high volume organization while also showing increased sales revenue year over year.
  • A deep and thorough working knowledge of “salesforce” and will understand the sales process flow of a project-based business environment.
  • Must be self-motivated and have a keen understanding of how to hunt for and win new clients within the core target markets of our business.
  • Ability to maintain an established client base accounts that will need to continue to be serviced while ensuring you are cultivating a relationship that allows you to secure business within that client’s portfolio that is not currently with Blueprint Studios.

Job Summary

The Program Coordinator provides direct administrative support to their assigned Account Manager(s) or Director(s). This role serves as the liaison between Sales and multiple departments within the organization by effectively communicating deliverables, providing updates and supporting documentation in relation to events.

Qualifications

  • GED or High School Diploma required
  • AA or BS Degree highly preferred
  • Fully business software literate (MS-Office Suite)
  • Must be able to manage multiple concurrent tasks and priorities with accuracy
  • Must have exceptional organizational skills
  • Possesses exemplary written and verbal communication skills
  • 2 years with previous administrative coordinator experience (related experience preferred)

Job Summary

This position is an integral part of our management team and the sustainable operational growth of the company. The position will act as the key field operations management during installations and strikes, while simultaneously managing the field operations team of drivers and installers.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years in event-related operations.
  • Must have past experience supervising staff of 5 or more.
  • Must be able to coach and train staff on a regular basis.

Job Summary

We are looking to hire event installers/drivers to assist our company with installs at high-end events. This position checks and assists with loading and unloading furniture, props, graphics, and other items at client events, as well as driving.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience using power tools.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, which includes weekends, nights and out of state travel as needed.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
  • Experience driving 16 ft or 26 ft trucks is a plus.
  • Experience with apply graphics and assembly of product on-site a plus.

Job Summary

The Audio Visual & Installation Lead is responsible for preparing and installing event audiovisual equipment in accordance with Company policies and procedures. This role ensures all equipment is show-ready and set up to client specifications to help guarantee customer satisfaction. The proper candidate will be able to effectively troubleshoot, install and repair all A/V material, as well as work within a team effectively with limited supervision.

  • Minimum of 1-year warehouse experience in a lead role
  • Ability to work overtime and some weekend hours

  • Experience operating a variety of computerized equipment
  • Experience troubleshooting large scale printers
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including weekends
  • Strong management and communication skills
  • Self-starter with a great work ethic and demonstrated excellence in customer service
  • Must be flexible and able to adapt to peak volume and rushed orders while maintaining a keen eye for detail and quality

Job Summary

The Printing & Graphics Installation Specialist must be organized, committed, hardworking and persistent, strict attention to detail is critical. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a sign shop or print production environment, especially with cutting and installing various substrates. An interest in graphic design and familiarity with printing materials and processes is beneficial. NOTE: This is not a graphic design role.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1 – 2 years’ sign making experience desired
  • 1-3 years’ experience working in a sign shop or print production environment
  • Ability to work occasional overtime as needed
  • Expert knowledge of MAC OS X
  • Working knowledge of Windows
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure to produce high volume, high-quality work for each task with minimal supervision and few mistakes
  • General knowledge of large format printing
  • General knowledge of Adobe CS desired
